I am trying to view a number of reports through MSWord. So I am creating a WordApplication using the above code. OleInitialize(nil); WordApplication:= TWordApplication.Create(nil); WordDocument:= TWordDocument. Watch zee tv serials online qubool hai. Create(WordApplication). Before I free the word application object i write oleunitialize and then i free the wordapplication. That is Oleunitialize; WordApplication.Free; So, when i close the whole programm i get an errror called 216 runtime error. Can you tell me how i can solve it? In the finalization section thereis no code written Thanks in advance. When I exit the Delphi 5.0 Prof IDE application, I get: delphi32.exe: Runtime error 216 at 0x412BBD4. This only happens if I open a desktop database project. BDE is 5.2 and OS is Win2K Sever. This is not a virus problem. It is repeatable, e.g. If I start-up D5 and open the demo imageview project, then 'close all' and then go File/Exit to quit the IDE, it exits OK: but if I do the same for gdsdemo db project, I will get the error when I exit the Delphi 5.0 IDE. I have also reloaded Delphi 5.0 + update+BDE several times, to no avail. I would really like some help on this.thanks DS. I was not aware of any design time packages I was using but I will investigate further: and as for the earlier replies, I have an NT Domain network with many PC's and have installed an use Delphi since veraion 1. This ia an error caused in delphi32.exe and Win2K Server as delphi32.exe is exiting, but this error arises only if I open a desktop database project - the compiled project runs OK. I am attempting to close down the IDE when this error appears as several repeated pop-up dialogs. DS 'Jeff Overcash (TeamB)' writes. Quote Exception 216 are just exceptions raised after the IDE's application object has been destroyed. This usually will be in the finalization section of one of your design time packages (usually a 3rd party package).
